Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro
Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro is a two–layer professional solution to address two tasks at once: effective insulation of shock noise and waterproofing of floorings. The top layer based on a polymer-bitumen binder is used for additional waterproofing. While the bottom layer is a soundproof sheet to prevent propagation of shock noise. Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro is a dual–purpose material. It provides waterproofing for floating floors and significantly reduces shock noise.
It effectively reduces the shock noise level by up to 24 dB
Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro is used as an elastic layer in a sound insulating floating floor construction.
Acoustic felt retains its elastic properties under load and increases the shock noise insulation level of the floor structure by 24 dB.
The stability of the Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro characteristics is confirmed by long-term use of the material in construction and regular measurements at existing facilities.
Professional Waterproofing Material
Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro is designed to provide effective shock noise insulation in rooms prone to leaks, such as bathroom, kitchen, water closet.
The top layer of the underlayment is made of a reinforced polymer-bitumen membrane that protects the floor surface from leaks. Adding polymers to the bitumen binder provides high temperature resistance, durability, and strength of the waterproofing layer.

Storage
Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro material should be stored in an upright position in one row in compliance with fire safety rules and away from any precipitation and groundwater.
Features of the material usage
Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro, unlike other waterproofing materials, does not require surfacing, but simply fits on the flooring surface as a single sheet. The bituminous surface of the material must face upwards, while the edges must overlap one another. The joints between the sheets of material should be sealed by softening the bitumen with a heat gun or a narrow flame gas burner.

Use of Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro on the ceiling will not reduce shock noise from the neighbors from above. It would be most effective to apply the material under the floor screed at the neighbors’ from above.
Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro material can be applied throughout the apartment (in all types of premises).
Installation of Ultrakustik Floor 100 Hydro in 2 layers is not recommended, as it does not result in a significant increase in soundproofing.
